Membership Information
This Campaign is all about standing up for your rights and having you say within the Merthyr/Rhymney Borough. Joining this campaign is free of charge as we want everyone within this borough to have their say and raise issues that are important to them.
Due to child protection we are unable to allow residents of Merthyr & Rhymney under the age of 14 join the campaign. We also ask that any residents over 14 who wish to join and have their say up to the age of eighteen please obtain parental permission.
Any residents of Merthyr Tydfil & Rhymney over the age of 18 are welcome to join the campaign and help to get the council to listen to important issues relating to us. However when having your say and campaigning on issues the our Merthyr and Rhymney Campaign will not accept any responsibility for anything said by an individual. This part of our policy requires residents to know that they must complete their own personal research on a topic before campaigning other than what is on this blog. Anything mentioned on this blog is the responsibility of its owner.
You will also be free to leave the campaign at any time.
ANYONE MEMBER UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE PART IN LOCAL CAMPAIGNING WITHOUT A PARENT ATTENDING AS WELL.
WE CAN NOT ALLOW ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 YEARS TO JOIN THIS CAMPAIGN FOR LEGAL REASONS. THANKS
